SoftLife Refund Policy 

  • Deposits: Deposits reserve your appointment time and are non-refundable. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled visit.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.

  • Services Rendered: Payments for time already completed are non-refundable.

  • Prepaid Packages: Monthly packages are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Unused hours do not carry over unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Client Purchases: Any client-approved purchases (shopping/restock) are non-refundable through SoftLife and follow the store’s return policy.

  • If SoftLife Cancels: If we need to cancel, you may choose a full refund of any deposit/payment made or a rescheduled appointment at your convenience.
