SoftLife Home Concierge — Terms & Conditions

Services are tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.

1) By Appointment Only
Services are provided by appointment and are subject to availability.

2) Booking & Payment
A minimum of 2 hours is required per booking. Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.

3) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4) Service Scope
SoftLife provides curated concierge support across lifestyle, home, and real estate needs, including coordination, errands, and general assistance. Services are tailored to each client and arranged based on individual requests.
SoftLife does not provide licensed services, including medical care, childcare, or specialized trades.

5) Purchases & Expenses
Clients are responsible for the cost of any requested purchases. Mileage, parking, and related expenses may be applied when applicable. All purchases are made with client approval.

6) Access & Environment
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. SoftLife reserves the right to pause or end a visit if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

7) Scheduling & Availability
All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation. Ongoing clients and members receive priority booking.

8) Privacy & Discretion
Client privacy is respected at all times. Any photos or documentation are taken only with explicit permission.

9) Service Outcomes
Services are delivered based on the time booked and scope requested. SoftLife focuses on efficient, high-impact execution aligned with client priorities.

10) Liability
SoftLife is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues outside the agreed scope. Clients are encouraged to communicate any special instructions in advance.
