SoftLife Home Concierge — Terms & Conditions
1) By Appointment Only
Services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability.
2) Booking & Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service unless otherwise stated.
3) Minimum Time
A 2-hour visit is recommended for best results. Some services or projects may require longer time blocks.
4) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
5) Service Scope
SoftLife provides home resets, light home prep, errands, and lifestyle support. We do not provide deep cleaning, medical care, childcare, or professional organizing requiring specialized licensing.
6) Supplies & Purchases
Clients cover the cost of any requested purchases. Mileage, parking, and tolls may be reimbursed when applicable. Purchases are made only with client approval.
7) Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the home and a safe working environment. We reserve the right to end a visit if conditions are unsafe.
8) Privacy & Photos
Your privacy is a priority. Photos or video are only taken with explicit permission and will not include personal identifiers.
9) Results
Outcomes depend on time booked, scope, and home conditions. We focus on high-impact improvements and practical systems.
10) Payments
Payment is due at booking or upon completion of service, depending on the service type and your invoice terms.
11) Liability
SoftLife is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues outside the agreed scope. Please disclose fragile items or special instructions in advance.
